Stapleton Legacy Farms: Choose and Cut Christmas Trees

Our desire is to provide the experience for other families that we have enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. OPENING DAY 2023 - NOVEMBER 24

We retired from our careers as educators in 2015 and decided to purchase my husband's family homeplace in 2016 The property includes the home that his grandfather along with his daddy and uncles built in the early 1940s. My husband's family had a tradition of cutting down a live tree first from the woods near their home and then from local Christmas Tree Farms. We continued the tradition of visiting tree farms to choose and cut Christmas Trees while our daughters were growing up We have so many wonderful memories and had often said that one day we would like to own a tree farm. So in 2017, we planted our first 200 trees. Our desire is to provide the experience for other families that we have enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. We invite you and your family to visit our farm, participate in activities such as making ornaments, playing in the play area, visiting our gift shop, taking pictures and many other special activities that are announced on our Facebook page. OPENING DAY 2023 - NOVEMBER 24

We sell three varieties of Choose and Cut Christmas trees. We have Thuja Green Giant, Murray Cypress and Carolina Sapphires. We are located neat Fishing Creek Baptist Church in Telfair County. This year we have trees anywhere from 2 feet to 12 feet and they are beautiful! Check our Facebook page for daily updates and more information.
